    Default Redline Goods Headrest Wrap

Another amazing Product from Redline Goods. Came in today. Never know how long it will take to get something in from Poland. Even after the ship back date is posted. All 3 things were sent back at the same time but came in over a week apart. What an amazing print. I had GTX on the headrest, but it was hard to see from any distance. These things POP. The blue with white border and blue stitch came out amazing. Could not be much happier. The black leather they use feels a lot better than the factory interior. Downside is with this leather, the dye lot is a little darker 1/2-1 shade darker black. The camera makes it look like its not even close to matching but it really is pretty close. They had one done for me and sent the other. I thought there would be no way in He!! to make it fit but it did after a little stretching and a ton of pulling. Came out great. May be my favorite piece from them. I am sure they could do just about ANY logo you send them. They were able to match my badges via a picture only. Well, enough about it, here it is.

Before: Looked great, just did not stand out

    Now:

The one I stretched: It will form in the heat back in shape a little tighter.

The one I put on before I put it on

It appears reflective in a flash which will be cool at night.

Looks pretty amazing. You can see it coming (the stitch). Color looks dead on through the windsheild. I need to snap a picture or two that way.

Out of curiosity, what is GTX? And, er, G8s do not have ram air... The quality of the work seems good but I don't understand why you'd want your headrests to say that.

I have GTX 007 of 130 produced by Choo Choo Customs for Pontiac back in 2009. I have not searched in a while, but 2 other owners are out there on other boards and all. If it took off, GM was going to adopt the name to be the step above the GXP with the LSA motor I believe. Here is a link to the entire discussion. GM has said they had the car produced, so has CCC. A number of people tried to call B.S. then verified with the companies that they were made. The only thing unknown is the amount. The run was supposed to be 130. I think one of the cars online was 70 something. I know I was told 1 of only 2 blues. It does have ram-air both in the aftermarket CAI that was on the car as part of the kit, and a non functional ram air hood (which by all means is still ram air, just not ram air injection). If you search ram air hoods, ours comes up as one through the years. So I went with the emblems on the car GTX Ram Air. I think the original goal of CCC was to make it functional, but when the car was built, GM had mentioned dropping Pontiac, so they may have rushed all of them through before they got to do everything they may have wanted to do to the car.

Here is the link http://www.g8board.com/forums/showth...&highlight=gtx Just another rare oddity in the world of cars. There are about 25-40 or so Firehawks, and 15 Hurst Editions out there as well. Saw 2 collector owned Hurst editions at the Pontiac Nationals last year. At least 7X GTXs made it to the streets.
