Default Upgrades and upgrades noob questions

So I'm all new to the ls motor and g8's. I do love horsepower and sleeper look all in one. My questions that I have for you guys are I live in Cali smog laws suck, are there any smog legal cams out there for my g8. My second question I have always had a supercharger on my stangs and this idea of a Lsa blower gets my blood flowing. However smog in Cali would I pass are there going to be any issues.

    Thanks, Moe

In other words the manufacturer has to hand over the $.

I know they are tested, etc, I still think it's all about the Benjamin's.

So with a LSA swap, can it be done with DOD still in place..? If so what are your suggestions on that.

I think you would be wise to ax the DOD if you are going to add some boost, the parts can't handle the "pressure". I'm also not certain if the LSA would meet the Cali smog laws, it's approved on the factory vehicles, not sure as an add on to other cars.

I do believe the dod Valley cover is to tall for the blower to fit.
Dod is stupid anyway and the dod lifters are trash.
As soon as the warranty on a gm dod engine is up you should remove it.
