    Default Bad gasoline

I filled up yesterday at Hyvee. I've read they don't have the highest quality of gas, but they do have ethanol free 91. So that's why I use it. I've been using it for a while now without any issues, but immediately after filling up yesterday, it has started missing and hesitating. It isn't undriveable, but it is annoying. When I got home, I put in a bottle of Isoheet. It seemed to improve the situation somewhat, but did not cure it. Do you suggest adding another bottle of Isoheet (the red bottle stuff), or something more drastic?

I suggest you report the gas station so others don't have to experience the same thing.

I believe HyVee uses HESS fuel which they get through the Magellan Pipeline. Hess is big in the South but is NOT a Top Tier gas. Try to stick with Top Tier when possible.

I'd let the HEET do it's job and not add anymore than what's called for. I'd run it down as far as you can and refill and steer clear of that station.

It throws a code every time I drive, and each time, it's been a misfire on cylinder 4. So I took a closer look today. I did take a quick peek yesterday when I got home, but nothing seemed a miss. This time, I wiggled the #4 plug wire and it popped off way too easily. Snapped it back on, and all is well. So, it wasn't the gas. Just a coincidence that it came free after I filled up.
