This comes courtesy of Olive Garden, but do not remember what it is called:

    1 shot of Vodka
    1 shot of ameretto
    1 shot of Kahlua
    1 shot of chocolate sauce
    Vanilla ice cream

Blend (add milk if you need a thinner) and enjoy.
Definitely going to try this one!

I've been pretty keen on making health smoothies lately. This is one of my creations:

1.5 cups 100% apple juice (no sugar added, no nothing added)
Fill to 2.5-3 cups total with ice
Fill to 5 cups with baby spinach
Blend on a smoothie or puree setting until finely ground up

Add various fruits that you enjoy

    I add:

    1 apple (Jonagold, Jonathan, etc.)
    5-10 blueberries
    5-10 raspberries
    5-10 blackberries
    1 banana
    1/2 whole lemon (rind included)

After your fruit is in, do the same as before. Blend/puree until you have the consistancy you want.

You can add non-fat yogurt for consistency as well.

This also tastes really fucking good with alcohol in it. Just sayin'.

here's a recipe for Fall in the Sink Cookies:

    2 cups of oatmeal
    2 cups of flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 sticks of unsalted butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/3 cup white chocolate chips
    1/3 cup broken up pretzels
    1/3 cup chopped pecans
    1/3 cup raisins

    1. First put the oven to 350* and have 2 cookie sheet ready
    2. Sift the oatmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
    3. In an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and sugars together till incorporated. Then mix in the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla.
    4. Put the electric mixer down to low and add the flour mixture till incorporated.
    5. By hand mix in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, pretzels, pecans, and raisins.
    6. Use a cookie scoop to scoop up the cookie dough and place them on the cookie pan. Bake for about 12 minutes.
    7. Then enjoy!

    Easy Cheesecake Bites!

I love making Cheesecakes but I think that baked Cheesecakes can be the most disgusting thing ever if not made correctly. So here is my alternative

    1. Cool-Whip 8 oz tub
    2. Cream Cheese! 1-package
    3. White Sugar- 1/2 cup
    4. Vanilla Extract -1/2 teaspoon
    5. Milk- 1/4 cup
    6. Vanilla Wafers
    7. Cupcake Holders
    8. Sliced Strawberries & Kiwis

Whip cream cheese on high til smooth consistency is formed in a large bowl. Fold in Sugar til fluffy. Add tub of Cool-Whip and beat on medium til mix is evenly whipped. Add milk and vanilla in slowly to the mixture continuing to beat on low.

Arrange cup cake holders in pan and place a Nilla Wafer in bottom of each. Add cream cheese mixture on top of wafer with spoon. Top with Strawberries and Kiwis. Place in fridge for a few hours and you have awesome cheesecake bites
