It looks great, notice a difference? Do you plan on painting the tube or leave it raw? Thanks for posting this, great info!

Too early yet for a definite conclusion. Still dialing it in. Hard to probe the cars limits in the street. The track will be the true test. Seems stronger though. Everything working good so far. I am unsure what to do about the tube yet. I am kinda liking it the way it is. I may do a fine sanding on it when I install the meth nozzle it it, then clear coat it. I will post up the parts list within a day or two.

    Default Parts List

In case anybody wants to try this at home:

I bought the intake piping from Race Part Solutions, but there are other vendors that sell similar.

    --------------------------
    Product ID: 90AL
    Product Name: Aluminum 90* Elbow
    Quantity: 1
    size : 4.00" Elbow 11ga. (6.00" CLR)
    --------------------------
    Product ID: JOD-TB
Product Name: Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamp
    Quantity: 4
    T-Bolt size : TB413 4.13"-4.44"(for 4" silicone)

Product Name: Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamp
    Quantity: 2
    T-Bolt size : 4.25" silicone T-Bolt Clamp (94106-0450)

You will need to shorten the legs on the 45 silicone coupler. The aluminum elbow needs to have the legs cut off and some of the actual bend. The heavy gauge one that I got worked well because I ended up just threading the hose barb for the crackcase venting directly into the tube. I used some red loctite and a small bit of RTV on the inside just to make sure it stays and seals. I also shortened the step coupler by the TB a little on the elbow side.

You will need to get a 102 MAF tube and a MAF card, I used a Reckart tube I had powder coated.

From Roto-fab you will need to get a 4 1/4 OD air box adapter.

After checking the logs from Friday night I gained over 3 psi boost without a pully change. Went from 9.5 psi to over 12.5 psi with 102 MAF and TB, porting the blower, and methanol injection.

Awesome results Curt! I wish I could have made it out there Friday but I got hauled off to a dinner date with the Mrs to be. My helmets in the trunk and ready for next time though!

Hey Curt, I've never had the chance to "grind" with bits. Mind if I ask what exact ginder / bits you used.

I want to follow you but need to assemble the correct stuff before diving in. Thanks man
