T-Mobiles customer service just sucks! I called again today for a battery issue that I can't figure out. One day, the thing lasts all day, today, I'm already down to 40% (same usage, nothing changed day to day).
After having to talk to one idiot for 10 min, he transferred me to a "Level 2" idiot, (which I could barely understand his broken Engilsh) for another 10 min. Then he hangs up on me in mid sentence! WTF?
So he called me back on my cell phone stating my land line didn't work. So your telling me my office line doesn't work eh? Then why are people talking on the phone RIGHT NOW! I gave him the number again, he said again that the number didn't work, but he'd try it again. Guess who answered the office phone, ME. I stated my name clearly, and then he asked to talk to Shawn. WTH, didn't you just hear WTF I said idiot?
Enough bullshit from T-Mobile, they have lost my business and will never get it back.
Oh, back to the battery issue. He said that I had a bad battery, but my warranty was only for 90 days, so I'm SOL.
And the first idiot I spoke with told me I'm only supposed to charge my phone for 3-4 hours at a time, that I may be overcharging it. Are they serious? I've had a cell phone for longer than I can remember, and never heard this. Am I supposed to wake up in the middle of the night and unplug my phone from charging?
Stupid, stupid, stupid T-Mobile customer service.

I wake up in the middle of the night to unplug my charger.
NOT!!!!
The batteries have chips in them to stop charging once they are fully charged.
