Is this the clear plastic lens that covers the gauge cluster? If so I was told at the dealership that this came as part of the gauge cluster assembly and could not be ordered individually. If it is how much would it be shipped to Tempe, AZ 85281. Also how hard would it be to install? Thanks in advance.

Yes it's the clear plastic lens that covers the entire front of the (speedo,tach etc) main gauge cluster.
It can be bought seperately.
US$50 shipped by Airfreight.

There's 4 screws at the front (2 screws at the top and 2 at the bottom) which retain the entire cluster into the dash. I'm not sure if you'd even need to fully remove the screws. The lens cover has a line of teeth or pegs around its perimeter which just clip into the cluster.
