    here is a delicious recipe I found for some wicked cookies. The sour cream makes them amazing.

    INGREDIENTS

    * 2 1/2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
    * 1/2 cup butter
    * 2 cups all-purpose flour
    * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    * 1 teaspoon baking powder
    * 1/4 teaspoon salt
    * 1 1/4 cups white sugar
    * 2 eggs
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * 2/3 cup sour cream
    * 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

    * add to recipe box Add to Recipe Box

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In the microwave or over a double boiler, melt unsweetened chocolate and butter together, stirring occasionally until smooth. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
    2. In a medium bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light. Mix in the chocolate mixture until well blended. Stir in the sifted ingredients alternately with sour cream, then mix in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

    You won't find this at your local Dairy Queen, but we just come across this, and surprisingly was very good.

    Guinness Milkshake!!

    2 or 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
    1 or 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream
    1/2 to 1 tsp of vanilla flavor
    1/2 to 1 cup of Guinnes Extra Stout

    Blend all ingredients together until smooth. All items can be modified to taste, less or more, all depends on you.

    Since we're adding alcohol - My Easy Whiskey Sours

    Add a 12 ounce container of still frozen Lemonade

    Concentrate to your blender. Fill the empty container

    with your favorite whiskey and put in the blender.

    Fill the empty container with ice cubes and put in the blender.

    Add a 12 ounce can/bottle of beer to the blender.

    Blend until smooth and frothy. Enjoy.

    Default I will NOT be held responsible for your actions if you try this.

    A Very Potent Liquid Beverage - Green G** Damn

    Make a gallon of lime Kool Ade. Hence the name Green.

    Another good flavor is Cherry. Of course then it becomes Red G** Damn.

    Add one pint of Everclear to the Kool Ade.

    Take a big glass - sit down - sip - and don't plan on standing up for a while.

    LOL!! Agree sit down and don't plan to stand. Sounds like my high school senior party, but it wasn't Everclear, being poor, we had to choose Thunderbird!!!

    I went "lower" on the other ingredients and "higher" on the Guinness. Kept it from being too sweet and was outstanding! Thanks!

    Steak Glaze (It's kind of like the Jack Daniels Grill stuff at TGI Fridays)

    1 Medium Onion, chopped
    3 Cloves Garlic, minced
    3 TBS Butter
    1 Cup of your Favorite Alcohol (I have tried Rum and Bourbon so far)
    3 Cups Chicken Stock
    1/4 Cup Molasses
    1 TBS Ancho Chile Powder
    2 TSP Fresh Ground Black Pepper

    Sautee the onion and garlic in the butter until the onions caramelize, Add the alcohol and simmer until reduced to 1/4 cup, Add the Chicken stock and simmer until reduced by 1/2, Whisk in the Molasses Ancho Chile Powder, and Black Pepper. Simmer until reduced to 1 cup.

    Use to dip any grilled meat, including Penguin.

    Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
