Yup. I used the brush that came with the Dupli-Color caliper kit for the first caliper, but then I went out and got an even small brush for the tight areas on the remaining calipers. I basically used little to no painters tape because the brush was so small.

K, thanks. Still haven't got around to doing mine. Need to swap out the brake lines too so its a bigger project.

Looking nice; just about the identical car as mine (although I shaved off the square GM logos) ... so it really helps me visualize the painted calipers as they would look on my ride.

    Awesome job.

In the background is a 1998 Grand Prix GT and a 2004 Grand Prix GTP. So as you can see, I'm very hopeful that the Pontiac brand survives the latest GM downsizing!

Looks good. I took the callipers off and sanded them down and cleaned them and then used the spay paint style. Took forever (Worth it)! Next time I will try the brush on kit.

For my garage floor, I used a two-part epoxy. I originally used a brand sold at Lowe's (two cans, $150 total), but then I painted the garage again using Sherwin Williams brand (also $150). I think both brands are good, but I did experience some minor peeling over time.

You have to be very careful with "hot tire" pick up. If you have been on the freeway for 30 mins and you come home, you don't want to park in your garage right away. While the brands claim they resist hot tire pick up, they don't guarantee against it.

Any minor upkeep on my floor, however, is totally worth it (at least for me). The epoxy gives such a nice, clean look, and it is something your neighbors and guests will notice. Think about this: The garage is the first room of our house that most of us enter when we come home everyday. And it is often the first room that our guests enter. It's a very important room.

Finally, I believe our G8 deserves a nice home. Make your G8 happy, and it will reward you on the road when you punch it! haha
