Make sure they do there prep work too. You'll prolly have to clay bar the car to get the crap off that silver paint.

Not hard at all. Buy a Adams or Mothers clay bar kit. Tear the bar in half. If you drop it, throw it way. Now you know why you tore it in half.
Take and kneed the clay bar so it fits your palm. Use detail spray and wet a small section of the paint. Run that section with the clay bar. You'll hear little clicks as it's going over embedded crap in the paint. If you don't hear or feel anything, stop rubbing. Avoid rubbing the paint if it's dry. Add more detail spray if necessary.
Wipe off the detail spray with your micro fiber towel.
Now you ready to polish and wax.
