What a beautiful area, you're not far from our place in Fraser, CO (by Winter Park). Congrats! I love Colorado and the wife and I plan on moving out to the Parker/Castle Rock area later this year. We were out there during the summer of 2011 and rented a new Charger (V6) and took it all the way up Mt Evans, that was fun, even more fun with a V8 G8. We plan on coming back this summer again before the move and will keep the Inn in mind for a stay.
