    Did you score the poly with a utility knife, or reverse a Skill saw blade?

    Looks great.

    Roots blower by Magnacharger 469 hp 498 torque on Mustang dyno 12 lbs of boost
    Should be over 500 rwhp with cog drive, now 12 lbs of boost, no dyno or track time since od cog drive
    After Maggie 11.86 @ 115.33 w/1.74 60 ft (best 60ft 1.63.) (Nov. 6, 2010) Temp 60, DA 1158
    After Maggie 1/8 mile 7.58, best mph 92.16 w/1.66. Kooks Mids w/cats, H-pipe, cheap mufflers.
    20x8.5 and 20x9.5 Lorenzo Black Wl032 wheels Sumitomo Htr 3's 255-35 and 275-35's
    Eibach prokit with Lovell strut/shocks, Ctsv/Camaro Brakes
    The above Dyno numbers were after the sale to born2fly (awsome)
    New Ride is 82 malibu wagon with 6.0 ly6 and ported l92 heads, comp cam, holley hi ram intake, hedman headers, 4l60 w/3000 stall and more

    Awesome! Must be tough to top up the washer fluid though...

    I'd also be interested to know what you cut it with; it looks very clean.

    My skill saw had a metal blade in it so I thought I would give it a try and it worked. I really thought it would melt or fuse the cut back together, but it did not. It did leave melted pieces on the edges and all I did was scrape them off with a utility knife. I also used the utility knife to trim any tight areas around my intake. I also used a round grinding stone to shape the inner corners.

    The cover is actually 2 pcs so it makes it easy to remove, it is just 2 clips and it slides out from the third clip. The center of my intake is where the 2pcs butt together under the clip.

    What does it clip on to? What type of clips did you use? I'm think about trying to make this work with my rotofab/tvs.

    It looks great, and once you put it through its paces with endured heat, ill give it a go!
