its called a "street heat" event, aimed at getting street racers off the street. They have the event at Sunshine Speedway (1/8 mile track) in Pinellas County once a month. Its always on the same Saturday night every month. Supposed to be a street tire only event but a few slick tired cars slip through... Its a flat fee to spectate or race.
