    This is why I'm asking. I have these parts on my car and want to know if your loop will conflict.

    The loop is two pieces (mount & hoop), and the installation of the mount requires the opening of two holes in the crossmember to accomodate the 7/16" bolts. The holes are pre-existing, but they are partially blocked from the factory and must be enlarged slightly.

    Oh, ok, I was under the impression you were making front and rear loops.

    There should be no interference with our loop.

    Driveshaft safety loop. Keeps shaft from contacting the ground and pole-vaulting your car if the shaft breaks at the front.

    and yes, a car will polevault straight onto its roof in some circumstances, I've seen it done.

    I saw a Ford go straight over onto the roof at the strip when I was a kid.
