From what I have seen it take more then tune and cai to get low 13s high 12s. Fadtest ecoboost runs 12.7 and has tune, exhaust, cai, bigger intercooler, and 50 shot of spray.

I have a 2010 F150 and love it. Congrats! I have the old 5.4 ltr V8 and it is lethargic. I am researching mods daily to see what I can do and wish I had gotten a newer one with the ecoboost or 5.0.
