That is a good place to run the controller harness. I will have to move mine into the grommet

I filled up for the first time yesterday and ran into the same issue as you Brian.
I have an idea why it is happening and will adjust the pump position once I am very low on fuel again.

Yeah I plan on messing with mine this weekend... I had to end up putting thread tape on my fuel pressure switch because it kept leaking with the paste.

The pipe nipple is shipped loose since some may want to use a different fitting. Leaking like that is a first for the sensor end, but NPT fittings are a PITA. How many of them do you find on new cars?

That's great to hear that it's working as expected Brian. Pete is close to getting his fired up as well, and he's got a big bullet to feed.

I have been thinking about ordering the Camaro feed line to see how close it would be. It has a spot for the fuel pressure sensor Carl is using built in

I modify the sensor to use the pipe nipple, so if you guys want to use the 5th-gen sensor assembly it will require another part. GM sells the sensor and quick-connect nipple as an assembly.

If someone is near Cleveland Pick-a-Part or somewhere/place similar you may want to see if you can pick up a Camaro fuel line assembly. I had one but gutted it to try something else. The connectors are super nice. Pete and I talked for a while about the possibility of using Nylon line, like the Dorman parts, but field assembly and molding the line correctly is not an easy thing to do.

Ill know about the level sensor sometime tomorrow... we'll see how that goes.

Regarding the fps, I didn't have an issue with it, but the AN fittings in general added an extra day to the whole setup... and then ordering the conical seals turned into a fiasco. Frustrated win that part, but I am STOKED about the controller and can't wait to see how it responds tomorrow. Will definitely update... and I know it will work!!! One of the first things ill do after the tune is fill her up...

A one piece line with sensor quick connect would truly make this plug and play... moreso than it already is...

You guys can check the basic function of the gauge with the module out of the car. Leave the fuel controller disconnected but connect the fuel level sensor wiring. Turn on the ignition and move the float. If full gauge movement is noted, but not once installed, then something in the tank is hanging up the float arm.
