Vent the engine and get rid of the vacuum. Drill the rear PCV on the drivers side and run both the drivers side and passenger side valve covers to a vented catch can.

So will pulling vacuum from the rear of the drivers valve cover and venting the passenger to atmosphere with a filter and the valley cover sealed cause problems, if it's going to be tuned like this?
