    Replaced the passenger presence module so my passenger air bag will work again and the car will stop reminding me every damn time I start it there's an airbag fault...

    Updated the trans tune to 2016 spec, upped the desired slip of the stock stall, unbelievable difference.
    Compression is King. Race-built VVT brawler hauler with Stingray tune.

    Supernaturally as-pirated, all-alcohol, all-motor.

    Yeah just that the parameters for calibrating the 6L80 up until now have been rather conservative, and dangerously hit and miss. Even by comparing box tunes from the notable tuners.
    Whereas with the latest LS3 settings it is radically different, but OFC factory safe. More than 95% of the parameters are compatible with our controller so I thought I'd reprogram ours to the new specs and run it up the flagpole.
    What a difference! However I suspect that on an unmodded car the extra apply and release pressures wouldn't work else need more desired slip in the stall.
    What's changed:
    Shift control speed and rpm
    Shift speed
    Shift pressure
    Torque convertor control speeds - apply and release
    Torque convertor slip
    The last one is a duesy, basically every box tune I've bought commands desired torque convertor slip at 0% which means more direct but no multiplication. The new stock tune ups that to 10%, which is a breath of fresh air after five years without it.
    Of course I upped that to 15% and with my setup runs best I've ever had. Very happy.

    Reinstalled the oil pressure gauge that I needed to RMA to get fixed. If it goes bad again and tries to ruin another track day I can pop off a panel and snip the wires in 60 seconds or less

    Configured the output of an AEM 30-0300 WB controller/gauge (custom flash) to drop the AFR (Lambda) onto the CANBUS such that is is read as a PID. 100hz sample rate, no more ground offset.
