Not sure why hes having problems. I've been using the pro interface and have been able to read/write my car with no problems since 2.22 came out last year. the new beta works fine as well. I believe i used it before 2.22 as well.

we got it to work... he updated to the latest, but he also read i needed to pull my TCM fuse for 30 seconds.. now we can read/write to it...

    however...

under torque management... we only see for the sub sections... we can only chose ENABLE or DISABLE. How are you all able to choose different %? like 50 in normal, 30 in sport, 20 in manual?

EDIT... found the answer... apparently he needs to use EFI LIVE or get another different beta from HPTUNERS

All he has to do is email support and they'll send the beta to him.

I haven't looked to see if you can seperate from the modes but you can adjust the TQ Management (this is the setting that pulls 20+ degrees of timing for shifts and gives the long lag on shifts). It is set to 1.00 for each gear. I would start at .5 and go from there. At .5 it will rip them into second. Also adjust your shift times to .21-.24 for 1,2,3,4,5,6. The setting is under shift properties. This will get you 90% to fixing the lazy shifts. These are really the only shift settings you have to change to get it shifting firmer. Normal driving will feel normal for the shifts, hard driving will shift like it should.

For my 09, I needed 2.23 beta for my HPT to read, write, and edit. Didn't have to pull any fuses.
