Not sure. Supposedly the only things that carried over are the door skins and roof panel from VE to VF.
2015 White Hot Chevy SS - Sunroof/Spare/Stick - BTR Stage 3 cam, headers, intake *Traded 11/11/2023*
2018 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 - 6.2L, Ultimate Pack *Turned in 4/13/2021*
2016 Jungle Green Metallic Chevy SS - Sunroof/Spare/Stick *Traded 2/1/18*
2011 Radiant Silver Metallic CTS-V Wagon - Corsa Axleback, AirAid Intake *Traded 7/7/16*
2008 Panther Black Metallic G8 GT * Sold 6/10/14*
supposedly the connection on the SS struts and it's spring saddle are in different locations to accommodate a 20 inch wheel base. which renders the factor sway bar and links possibly unuseable.
I've also heard the bore diameter at the strut mount is different but don't know for certain. Supposedly the SS and Camaro have similar suspension pieces - but they don't cross to the G8. Which is why you see PPV to G8 packages but not SS to G8. Might be worth asking the seller to take some measurements before you buy.
It might be an easy retrofit with say custom sway bar end links or such.

Answering the OP question
Fit? Yes BUT
The Eibach #3895.140 for the SS lowers the car 1.2" front and 1.3" rear
The Eibach # 38137.140 for the G8 lowers the car 1.0" front and 1.0" rear
Also GXP25 is correct that the the sway bar and links from the SS are unusable on the G8
