Question about an oil pump

So I'm in the middle of my DoD delete and to the dreaded oil pump. Hats off to the guys that removed the pump without dropping the pan. Anyway my stupid question is I expected the oil pump pickup tube to have two bolts. the bolt that is easy to get to was empty. It only has the bottom bolt. My engine does not look like its even been opened before this. Should I be looking for a spare bolt in my oil pan?

Nope, just one bolt and it's a PITA.

Thanks guys. Shame they didn't put the bolt on the easy side of the oil pump.

Make sure that you don't pinch that o-ring
