Would anyone that came to this event be interested in going to an event at the newly renovated Dragway 42. Rough open date for the track is July 14th. I can get in touch with the owner to see about pricing. Private track rental. Etc. Let me know. I will start a thread if there is interest

I would be up for this if they have a track that hooks and are lax about the stupid roll bar rules.

I wonder if the location is the hang up. Seems like folks jumped all over the Dayton area. Perhaps Kil-kare near Dayton would be better for folks? Just throwing that out there. I'd be game for the Dragway 42 meet.

The reason I'd like to go to 42 is because it is literally a brand new track. They leveled the entire lot. Brand new concrete track. State of the art tech. New buildings, nhra, ihra, etc etc etc. It's my home track and if I'm putting an event together I'd rather go there than drive 3 hours to kilkare. Kilkare is probably the nicest track in ohio currently. But This will be nicer when finished.
