And that was with the fuel pump slightly leaning out at the top rpm. What setting should I set the JMS booster at? It doesn't seem like I need much more just a slight bump as I get up past 7 psi of boost.
The suction pumps on the ZL1 module are capable of feeding the module output at full capacity at 42psi. 622whp + drivetrain losses + supercharger = close to 800hp, quite a ways past ZL1 capacity. That is CTS-V module territory. Liquid level in the tank has little affect on the output of the module.

I would think the ZL1 with the vaporworx and BAP would be the easiest fix. It would need a controller for a CTSv pump nayways. Can also add methanol injection...

Yeah I've already ordered the JMS bap and going to see how that works, don't have any future plans to go any faster

The CTS-V design uses all four module power plug cavities for the twin pumps. The ZL1 only uses two, the other two are for fuel level sensor wiring. Hence, the two are not compatible across GM platforms.

What truly needs to be considered is what the piston horsepower requirement is. RWHP + drivetrain losses + supercharger drive power (100-120hp) need to be included in the calculation. If you can let me know what the goal is I'll be happy to make a recommendation.
I've got a ZL1 Pump with Carl's VaporWorx setup along with a JMS Voltage booster -- it is working nicely. Very high respect for Carl and his expertise in this space.
