Need help on installing amp...question about running new wires

Okay Ive installed Infinity's all the way around kappa 60.11 components for front doors 2 ohm and kappa 62.9s in the rear doors....also ordered an infinity kappa five amp....what I initially would like to accomplish is remove the stock amp install this infinity amp to run the door speakers as well as factory subs....im more into crisp clear sound quality then having the bass...this is plenty bass with the stock subs....my question to y'all is that the wiring harness going to the stock amp...i know it is only powering the subs but are the door speaker wires running through that as well? I had seen each speaker wire is color coated and all and the amp harness has I believe all the same colored wires? maybe im wrong? Ive looked through these forums but also another question is will i have to run new wires splitting the signal from the head unit?

You can tap into the sub wires at the factory amp, you'll need to run wiring to the doors.

The amp connector is labeled Audio Amplifier (UWP)

Given the short distance to the subs, I'd consider larger gauge wiring IMHO though.
