Yeah, the bumps are the thing. I'm still torn. My daily is now a Ford Focus ST, and THAT is sprung pretty tightly. The GXP feels plush by comparison, though obviously heavier. Over dips and the like, the Supercars are terrific. So... We'll see. I love the adjustability. Want to raise the height? Sure, no problem!

I did get a chance to drive the car tonight (now that it has a new battery) so I could evaluate the difference made by wrapping the transmission shift shaft with Dynamat. And that difference was... nil. Nada. Can't say I'm surprised. So, time to look at different shift knobs and shifter shafts.
