Well first off I want to thank all of you that gave some advice.
Today Eddie (scorpion) and I went back to the lot and got to take a closer look at it. We were extremely lucky because the dealership was closed but the car was unlocked!! So we got to really get a good look see.
We came to the conclusion that this car HAS been in some kind of accident because of the evidence of a little bondo on the drivers door.
We also found evidence of water stains in the back seat, modified exhaust and front bumper damage. Just a lot of little things started to add up so we decided not to go further with this car.
