Just after some advice on twin plate clutches and gearbox removal
Im just about to install a supercharger and cam on my Holden Commodore VE SS over here in Australia, and i was thinking of purchasing a Level 1 twin plate Monster Clutch that is made in the States. I was just wondering what the consensus is on these clutches for an everyday driver and if they'll hold around 400rwkw. Apparently the're rated to 700hp (at the flywheel i guess), so it should be ok for my power level.
Also, im going to install the clutch myself. Ive done it heaps of times in other cars but never in a VE/G8 so are there any tricks or special tools in need?
