    Yeah, the 3-rib diff is decent but will probably need to be replaced if I do something wrong or beat on it too much.

    Got a cam for it sitting in the garage and my converter will be here next week. I'll start a thread once i start getting into it, im going to try and get the converter install started sometime next weekend and deciding if i want to wait till fall for the cam or just do it all this winter.

    Took the car to the track last night and managed a 11.68 @ 120.12 with a 1.768 60 foot. Still room for improvement but overall I'm very happy with the times it ran!

    You need to speed up those shifts... You're probably leaving .2 on the table

    Not bad for a first night out after the mods. I always loved the C5 Z.

    Congrats! 120 mph is impressive. What was the DA?

    it's vette thing..they MPH like a mo fo... I hit 124 in mine with bolt ons

    Looks like the DA was around -1100. I think that's the best I've seen at Baytown. Cool temps and the humidity wasn't terrible.

    I agree the shifts were slow. I think I could launch at a higher RPM as well. I think the car has a lot more left in it.

    Wow thats great. I need to get the 5.0 to the track in some good DA. Have you weighed it recently?
