I plugged the 2950 to my laptop used the Xpress update. 10 hours later it still states "currently analyzing hardware - do not unplud your device". Any ideas whats going on? Yes, I will call Cortex.

I have had mine time out before...if it doesn't do anything, after 5 min, unplug the usb from the cortex, then plug it back in.
Have there been any updates lately? I haven't updated since first installing in late August.... Haven't seen any emails about an update so I assume there are none....
