Programming new key fob?
I recently ordered 2 new keys from Greg. I received the keys and had them cut. I did the key learn thing and both new keys will start the car just fine. Problem is that neither key will unlock/lock the doors using the keyless entry buttons.
Did I miss a step?
What I did was this:
Put working key in the ignition, turn key to on but did not start. Turned key back to off position and removed the key.
Insert new key, turn to on position then back to off.
Did this with both keys and they both start the car.
How do I program the remote to lock/unlock the doors and trunk?
By the way, my car is M6 so there is no remote start.
