I found that my Manifold Charge Temperatures went down quicker and further when running 75 % methanol vs 49% Boost Juice. There are many good articles on using Methanol Spray. I do want to point out that the EcoBoost Engine uses Direct Injection which may affect charge temps differently than fuel entering with the methanol thru the intake runners. We too have fuel delivery issues which are helped by Methanol percentages that actually burn when in the cylinder. Our Direct Injection pumps need to be bigger, but since none are available that fit, the only solution is greater methanol spray amounts. This is one of the reasons why Livernois is using Alky Control systems to spray 100% Meth. As for using it on the street, this isn't an issue with turbos and likely not with superchargers, if you aren't spraying when the boost is low or non-existant in daily driving habits.

For the meth injection setup I did, I used straight methanol. Doesn't cool as much but I can pick up the power with less timing. We ran about the same as you with 16-17 degrees at 9-10 psi running 11.50's at 124. Was easier to keep the tune closer incase of a methanol failure. Only need to pull 4 degrees vs 10-12.
Makes sense I will add that into my tune. I don't go into boost if my low level light is on, which is when I have just below 1 gallon left, but I want it just for safety if the Meth fails to spray.
