At least you have closure. Guy on ls1gto got his GTO stolen from right in front of his apartment building one day. Worst thing is when the cops found it they told him he could drive it away. Pulled up to the lot they found it on, and the front had a extra 2-3" between the wheels and body, engine and tranny had been pulled. He could drive it away alright, Fred Flintstone style. Never found out who did it either.
