    I contacted Louie about buying two gauges from him. We agreed on a grrrr8 price and I sent over the paypal funds. Without contacting me, he took it upon himself to order a BRAND NEW harness for one of the gauges because he had to cut and splice the old one. That was an outstanding thing to do, and of course he didn't ask that I absorb any of the cost. I volunteered to cover half the cost of the new harness, and he obliged.

    Overall a great interaction. The gauges arrived today, well packed in Christmas present paper, a nice touch! :-)

    I received the tips off the GT mufflers. I got his old wrapping paper as well.
    Tips looked like they were cleaned with scotch brite, but I can polish that out. I finally got the 2 1/4" pipe chiseled out. I'm not sure what set of mufflers I'll be welding to 'em yet.
