Default Security LockOut Active, Please Help!!!

Hey guys new to the forum, I have an 09 GT, and i have a problem, went to start it today, and the key is stuck in the ignition, and the radio screen says the following. "Security Lockout Active", Vehicle Data Mismatched" Anybody ever see this before? I disconcerted the battery, but that did nothing. I also swapped the Key fob battery. and tried my spare key fob.
    Please help if you can.

Never seen that before. How long did you leave the battery disconnected?

I thought I remembered something about how the vehicle will lock the key in the ignition if the battery is disconnected while the key is inserted... or the key is inserted and the battery is disconnected. For theft reasons it makes sense... but like the others have asked... what have you done to the vehicle lately?

That warning indicates there's a communication error in the data system. You'll have to have the dealer look at it.

    DTC B1271: Theft Locked

    Circuit Description
This DTC is generated by the module when the Theft Lock is activated. This occurs when the VIN as received over the data communication circuit and the VIN as stored in the module memory do not match. This also occurs when no VIN is received over the data communication circuit. The only circuit required is the communication line.

    Conditions for Running the DTC
This DTC test runs when the radio changes from OFF to ON.

    Conditions for Setting the DTC
This DTC is generated by the module when the VIN as received over the data communication circuit and the VIN as stored in the module memory do not match. This also occurs if no VIN is received over the data communication circuit.

Action Taken When the DTC Sets
The radio does not function. The radio display will indicate that Theftlock is active.

    Conditions for Clearing the DTC
Re-calibration with the correct calibrations for the vehicle and cycling the radio to OFF then to ON will clear the DTC if there is no damage to the radio.

    Diagnostic Aids
This DTC may be an indication that an incorrect radio is installed in the vehicle, or that the radio was replaced without reprogramming with the new information.
