Default 05' silverado HD, torque converter unlocking at 65mph and wont re lock?

Check engine light comes on here and there and code says misfire detected? Truck runs great. never noticed any misfire or lack of power.. But torque converter unlocking issue is starting to drive me nuts! Can this harm the trans? Any ideas on possible fix?

    Thanks,
    Matt

Tranny fluid is possible, but if there is a misfire, it would automatically unlock the torque convertor due to the loss in power.

Thanks guys. Tranny fluid is topped off. I think it really has something to do with the reason for that misfire code causing the converter to unlock to reduce load on the engine. I replaced the plugs and wires and cleared the code but it returned the next day. What should I check next?

Check all injector connections. I have put many injectors in trucks due to plugging up and I have put a few pigtails in that have had broken wires. What cylinder is misfiring?
