Same thing with mine....They ordered a new switch and replaced the whole thing.
2014 Harley Davidson Street Bob-Vance and Hines Short Shot staggered.
2013 F150 Ecoboost- Loaded and stock.
I couldnt figure out how to replace the switch, so we ordered a replacement radio faceplate.
Anyway, Today I decided I am not spending any more money on the car once the tune is done... time to save for vacation!
