Brake Fluid Level Switch Open Code C0126-00

For the last week, my 2009 GT intermittently flashes the brake light. My scan showed the C0126-00 code. Is there enything I cah check before I make a dealer visit for Tech 2 check?

Make sure your brake fluid is at the correct level. If it’s low, it could trigger the light. If it’s significantly low, there may be a leak or worn brake pads.
