Fit is OK - comes with crappy paper gasket and crappy weak pipe couplers that are too long and don't properly seal. Much better product can be bought from NAPA for about $11 ea. Used Fel-Pro LS manifold gaskets.
The exhaust might have fit better if it were 100% stock, however I did replace the mid muffler section with a dynomax and that may have resulted in the cat connector pipes being pushed forward slightly.
It was required to utilize a pry bar to get both end bolts threaded properly thus ensuring the header was correctly aligned with the head.
Not bad for $300
