Bad weather and boredom means I shot another short video. Some of you have seen this before back when I had the carpc. This time I'm doing it using the Ipod touch. I'm able to do this by tethering my Iphone 3GS to the Ipod touch. I'm running a program called MYWI on the phone which creates a mobile wifi hotspot. It converts the 3G signal to a WiFi connection.

The only bad part for me is my 3G signal is weak at my house. The video on the head unit is a bit jerky but great on the Ipod. Videos stored on the Pod display just fine. Hopefully an update to Screensplitr will fix the jerkiness.

That stupid duck came back a week later but my pugs scared it away as soon it landed in the pool.

Yes, video plays while parked or driving. The head unit needs the VIM module to display the video while moving though. The Ipod itself does not know the difference.
