View Full Version : Mods: GXP Diffuser, Holden Caps, Sound System

I've done a few mods to my GT in the past few weeks. First, I put four 6.5" Alpine Type S speakers in each door and a 10" Kicker Solobaric L7 all powered by a Memphis Belle 1300 Amplifier.

Second, I bought some Holden wheel center caps on ebay and threw those on.

It's that a foam insulation under the heater hose?

Yes that is insulation underneath the hose. I have the hoses to relocate them, but the insulation seems to be working fine.

It's a billet prototypes.

I have the same speakers. Much better high end, but less mid range.

Unfortunately, I didn't find the mounting ring located in the bottom of the box until AFTER I put the speakers in the hard way. Next time, I'll read directions.
