Will GTO exhaust manifolds fit a G8??

I have some left over GTO exhaust parts. I had a set of exhaust manifolds extrude honed. I also have some JBA catted pipes. Will they fit my G8? I prefer to go stealth.

I doubt it. It's not a problem of where the headers line up on the engine, it's the location of all the underhood crap, the firewall, and the shape of the floorpan. They could, but it would be a complete coincidence.

No they wont. Somewhere there will be a clearance issue not to mention the heads are different (L92)

How are the heads physically different? Are the ports different? Header flange different? Thanks for your reply.

I think port configuration is different. I know intake ports for sure are.

The GTO manifolds have round ports. The flange looks the same to me.

From what I can find out the exhaust flange will bolt up, but will not fit car with out modifications. The intakes can not be swapped. Truly the only way to know is to try, but thats a lot of work to not have it work.

Thanks for the info. The GTO mid pipes go to the center of the car just like the G8. I have a complete stock GTO center section, resonator that is flanged for the mid pipes. If it will fit, I can weld the rest of the G8 section to it and have a much freer flowing system that is stealthier than headers.
