All pumps are shut down and I've hit at least 10 stations.

My buddy just told me where some gas was. Hope they have supreme.

Anyone else seeing pumps shut down?

I heard about this on the news. I hope you manage to find some to keep enjoying the G8!

Most all stations near the interstates are shut down (or only have regular) From what I heard this morning, Atlanta's in the same condition. Some are having to drive 90 miles to find gas. I have to drive about 10 miles to get gas compared to a mile to 5 different stations by my house.

I've found that the stations near the high end dealerships (MB) and Corvette dealers have plenty of gas :)

Always got onstar if I run out right?

Haha! That's true! I would use them! I wonder if anyone else has thought about it?

Gas is going down in Minnesota and Iowa. Saw $3.35 for Premium in MN last Fri. Locally 92 is $3.65. Paid $3.32 for 89 Gasohol yesterday in Waterloo, IA. However, go into Illinois and the cheapest I saw was 3.65 for 87 G. In Rockford, IL, 87 Gasohol ranged between $3.85 & $4.00. Premium G. was $.30 more.

Most of our fuel comes out of Canada in the upper midwest.

Keep us informed about shortages as we have many friends heading back to FL shortly.... Thanks!!!!!

I pay about 3.80 for Premium. But, I don't waste my money on it for now, until I get the Vector Package. If the car has run the same on regular as premium I'd rather save my money for mods.

I don't have a tune yet but I'm still running 93.

I think I'll start a thread asking opinions on this.

Check out
www.charlottegasprices.com
It shows quite a few stations with gas this afternoon.
Some reasonably priced, some not so.

For anyone else you can change charlotte to almost
any major city and get relatively up to date gas info.
I use this all the time when I travel. Which is quite often.

Just filled up this afternoon at Chevron with mid grade for $3.69. Saw today on CNBC that production is still down along the Gulf coast from the hurricanes and the levels of gas are really low. We don't have those problems here in PNW as most of our oil/gas comes from Alaska and local refineries. Lucky for once!

First off, the 2 main pipe lines that flow to Charlotte are 100% functional flowing at about 80%. There is no reason for a gas shortage.....but

Half the stations in Charlotte are out of gas. The other half only have one grade, mostly 87 octane. I saw about 20 cars off the side of the interstate this morning that must have ran out of gas. All stations have a half hour line and things are getting crazy!

I topped off this morning with damn 87 at $3.99 a gallon.

Go easy on the car if you have a tune for 93.

It's a lease, so no tune (yet). I'm trying to not spend any extra money on her but I'm finding that it's easier to say, than to do. Already have a NEP CAI on order and once I know that's a done deal, I'm ordering the HSRK...just in time for winter LOL.

We have limited gas here too in Greensboro and there is a massive tank farm and a pipeline that runs from LA or TX, I can't remember.

This is some ironic shit right here. As I was typing this my wife called and said GO GET GAS almost all stations are running out. That is freaky.
