After some slight modifications I was able to get my roto fab radiator cover to fit with my volant intake. Luckily, the curvature of the cover works out great with the volant intake tube. The main fitment issue occurs around the washer fluid cap and up against the edge of the volant air box.

Tools needed: Dremel(or some sort of grinding/sanding tool), pliers

For those that didn't know, the roto-fab intake is aluminum and not plastic, so it's not quite as easy to cut, hence the dremel.

The first thing I had to do was remove the piece that goes behind the washer fluid cap. It won't fit with the volant intake. I originally bent it to test fit it, then kept bending it until it broke off. Here's where it rubs on the air box.

Here's a pic with the piece I broke off next to the radiator cover.

I then used my dremel to grind down the spot it broke off from to give myself about another quarter inch of clearance. I stopped a few times during this process to test fit it until I was satisfied with the fit. Here's a shot of it after the grinding and then sanding to smooth it out and get rid of any sharp edges.

Here it is installed, front and side views. Before the install I cleaned up the bare metal spots with a black sharpie. If you're more anal about the appearance you could use some black paint. The modified section sits back against the intake box anyway, so it doesn't really take away from the overall look of the cover IMO.

And lastly, here are the attachments I used with my dremel for the grinding and sanding/smoothing.

If anyone wants to see any more pics of anything let me know. I can do some more close up shots, but it really is just as easy as breaking off that piece that goes behind the washer fluid cap. The imageshack images came out a little larger than I anticipated, so give it a chance to load so you can see the images with matching comments.

edit: nevermind, I re-upped and re-sized the images so they don't blow up anyone's screen.

Thanks Mark!
I knew it would fit, the minimal amount of cutting has forced me to make some purchases.

ditto on that! On vacation next week, I should get it ordered. If only the HSRK would come in.

Update: Now it's painted to match the body color(although it's hard to tell from the pics. The rad cover didn't photograph well to display the color change):
