Pics--VE HSV (GTS to Senator look)

OK so this guy wanted the performance and features of a GTS but wasn't so happy with the "obnoxious look". Solution, tone it down by replacing the front bar and rear spoilers. Front and rear are off a HSV Senator. He initially didn't buy the HSV Senator because you can't get the Senator with manual trans.

With fenders you are probably between 5-6K.

You can but its just as expensive as the front. The taillights are big money.

That pic is probably a few years old by now.
The thing to realise is that the freight on all of these body panels is huge $.

VE HSV GTS tail-lights US$420 per side ex Melbourne, Aust.
But then you need the complete HSV rear bar to fit them into.

I'm currently on my third left rear tail light assembly. thank god for warranty replacemen coz for us they're about $700 a side I think.

Senator front end is hideous IMHO. But, the rear spoiler is a million times better.
