For what it's worth, here are a few pics of the 3 small metal skid plates I made & mounted at the 3 low points on the front fascia (?). Don't get pissy with me about poor pics.
It's hard to get good pictures when it's black on black gloss. But, that's the point, no?
Since I made these and mounted them with self tapping screws, I have had NO problem with high curbs, etc. Standing in front of the worlds most beautiful and almost fastest car, they are all but invisible unless you know they are there. I did this to protect the Colgan bra more than anything else.
All I used was the license plate from the totalled '08. Cut into 3 pieces with tin snips, trimmed & formed, quick blast of gloss black spray paint. Very high tech! :p
