I wrecked the wifes GT about 3 weeks ago and STILL no front bumper cover for the dang thing! The autobody shop cant even get an estimated ship date. Anyone have any ideas? luckily i have 3 vehicles or i guess id be S.O.L anyone have any suggestions????

Clarksville, TN 37040, apparently the body shop says none are available. There are a couple other parts that they say they cant find but i dont remember what they are. I can get the list tomorrow. The insurance is payin for it so if you got them, i will have them order them from you.

Check availability of a GXP front fascia.

Buy a used G8 fascia off someone who has done a Holden or HSV front fascia conversion.

too bad i cant get the insurance company to do a Holden conversion on it.....maybe if they cant get it soon i get them to justify it...now im dreaming
What about a suspension cradel for the front? go tany of those laying around?

The insurance company just pays for the parts to repair the car. The body shop buys the parts. The insurance company shouldn't care if you put a Ford Tempo nose on the car, they are just paying $X.XX to replace damaged parts and the labor to R&R and Paint said parts.

Tell the body shop what parts you want bought. If there is a difference in price, you pay the difference.

Now, go order your Holden parts...
