well took the ole g8 out again and got a few runs. most of them i lost (i need to pick my battles better i know) the g8 killers are as follows:
yellow Boss truck - H/C lightning blower running 14# i think
black T/A - LT1 CC303 cam i think and full bolt ons stick
blue 06 C6 vette - cold air, LT's, X-pipe w/tune, stick
96 cobra - intake, full exhaust, gears, and tune ran a 13.8@102 before tune

the 1st dig run was with the C6...she spun bad so i was able to win the 1/8mile and held her off til 100mph.
2nd dig was with the cobra

Nice runs. How bad did you beat that cobra from a dig? Its hard to tell since its pretty far away. I'm surprised that LT1 is that fast with just a cam and boltons.

that cc303 cam is the biggest you can go with stock lt1 heads. i think the cobra was about .5 car behind my rear bumper.

Ah I dont know much about lt1s. I'm surprised the cobra was that close to you if he ran a 13.8. I know you said before tune but I would think he would only pick up .2 from a tune.

Edit: NEVERMIND I didnt notice the part of your sig that said "waiting to be installed" I thought you had those parts installed already. :) Nice runs for a stock g8!

yes the headers, cats, x-pipe, dual E-cutouts and tune are wainting, on me of course, to actually pull the plug and DO IT. just not sure i wanna do this and spend this on my daily driver.
