Hi Jai,
Nobody is trying to take credit for what you built.
The pics have been on this forum for a long time now.
I posted the pics for interest sake alone, just to show our USA brothers what can be achieved.
Have a look thru the "International" section of the forum and you'll see pics of a hundred cars from Oz.
Most of this was done to highlight the differences between all the various models we have in Australia, to some extent this has been a success but even getting thru the difference between HSV and Holden is sometimes a real chore.
We're all saddened about your loss and have offered you every best wish available.
Personally I'm keeping an eye open everywhere I go in Perth for any trace of your beast.

No both your GTS trunk spoiler and Darksides GTS front came off the same car from western Sydney. The guy converted his white GTS to the Senator look but kept the original parts for a long time in case he changed his mind. Eventually he decided to sell and thats when we bought them from him. It's been a long time now and I C.B.F. digging thru all the paperwork but I think this is the car here.

Well I finally did get to meet Jai and bought the 3 original HSV gauges, CAN blackbox and harness which were not fitted in his GTS at the time it was stolen. There was no news at all since the car vanished.
About a week after I bought Jais surplus gauge parts, one of the members here received an HSV pod from ebay which was missing the CAN blackbox and harness.
So as a tiny fragment of positive news some small part of Jais GTS survived and was used to help someone in need in USA.

Just be careful.
The entire inner door panel is considered to be one piece, in that no new small parts are available (except the inner door handle).
If you lose/break or melt a ring around the speaker for example......used parts are then your only option.

No such luck! I just put the GXP diffuser on and have the GT bumper. When I saw the prices for the HSV kit I decided that if I had that much money I'd just buy a procharger instead ;-P

I have a new-found respect for those that have done that mod and for the depth's of their wallets!

It looks like the hood scoop cutouts match the Pontiac G8. They pop out the factory vents and install triple-vented scoops. Backward swept.

It looks like the hood scoop cutouts match the Pontiac G8. They pop out the factory vents and install triple-vented scoops. Backward swept.
Same hood scoops on the Limited Edition 25th Anniversary E3 GTS as on the E3 Black Edition Clubsport.

HSV limit the sale of E2 & E3 parts to owners of genuine E2 & E3 vehicles. As a company they do not want cheap replicas getting about, so they limit and monitor the supply of the unique parts. They'd be even more protective of SV or special edition parts (only a couple hunded made) within the E3 range. Someone would have to put their neck on the chopping block to get special edition parts for a non-genuine E3 owner.
