I know some of you who have sunroofs have had a wind noise problem. Mine was bad enough to always drive with the shade closed to help quiet the noise.

Well, took the car in and had the dealer look at it. They fixed the problem!!! They replaced the glass assembly.

I thought mine was bad till I drove another one, but I still keep the shade closed. Maybe I'll look into getting that done when I do the recalls.

I get no sound at all. About 25mph I get a low hum but doing 60 down the highway with the windows up you don't even know it's open.

Mine is pretty noisy at 70-80mph with the panel closed... was it just the glass or did you notice if the rubber seal is any better. Mine looks and feels like the rubber-felt combo usually found inside on window seals. Wonder if that is the problem? Most sunroofs, ie the one in my 2008 TBSS, have a harder rubber seal.

I have a pretty decent dealership servicing my vehicle but not sure they would replace the glass without multiple complaints... TSB?

Good to know. I have to keep my shade closed as well. I'll mention the glass replacement - might save several trips to the dealer for them to "adjust it".

FWIW - I don't have any noise issues with my sunroof (closed). The seal does stick up some above the roof on the front leading edge but it does not make any noise that I hear inside the car so I haven't worried about it.
