Hi everyone,

So I am officially trying to setup a G8 meet here in fabulous, lovely, beautiful New Jersey.

The location will be Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ.

July 22 is a Wednesday night and it is called:

Wed. Night Test & Tune Unmuffled and Muffled Test & Tune + No Time Grudge Runs. Open 5PM.

No time grudge means you just line up with whoever you want and race. You don't dial in a time or anything like that. Just heads up runs. Which is fine because your really just trying to see how your car does in the 1/4.

They have a water box for those with slicks that want to go through. Those with radial tires SHOULD choose to NOT drive through the water box.

The Test and Tune night is from 5pm - 10pm. So, I will probably get there at 6:45. Wednesday night should not be too crowded.

This is OFFICIAL. Finally getting a meet together. I believe the cost is $15. The pit area is HUGE so we can park all the G8's together, talk, check out cars, race and have a good time. If your interested, just put your name down on here so we can get a total. Obviously if it's like 2 people I'm not going lol. You don't even need a G8, just show up in something lol.

I gotta stick with the 17th. Wednesday's are out for me. Actually, Any day but friday and saturday are lol.

The 22nd works better for me.

I work the 11p to 7a on Saturday and Sundays so weekends are a bit crazy now.

damn, im going to be at the shore, id love to roll up and hit the track with the gxp, even though its still very fresh. gotta have another one some day

How about I let you use my house in seaside, Its 3years old,Central A/C, Four car driveway and two blocks from the beach.. AND my GT... All you have to do is let me borrow your GXP for the week... I will put less than 50miles on it and It will be garage kept while not in use..You dont wont those parkwaybugs on your NEW car. Left me know if your interested LOL...

haha, damn, what an offer. I might have to think about this a little longer. Is there a possibility to involve one of those police car cameras?

Don't know about the Goats but I will be there looking for a new best. Hope the weather cooperates.

40% chance of rain for July 22. If it does rain and we cancel the meet, then Friday, July 31 will be the rain/make up date. This is the July 31 info:

Street Night Muffled Test & Tune + Gamblers + Mean Street. Open 5PM. Street muffled vehicles only.

July 22 is still the main date but Tuesday night a determination will be made. If we cancel it, then July 31 will be the make up date. Friday night so it may help more people make it also.

theres a 40 percent chance of rain everyday in the summer, please dont cancel this as i put in for a personal day and it will be wasted if it gets canxcelled

If it took less than 5 hours (on a good day) I'd be there, oh well. I don't even know if we can do that here in MA.
